各學院（系）、研究所，海岸和近海工程國家重點實驗室：
根據人事處相關文件精神，學部學術委員會組織對各二級學科TOP10期刊目錄進行了認定工作。經各二級學科組織討論，報學部學術委員會審議，反復論證，確定了各二級學科TOP10期刊目錄（其中排序前5的期刊為各二級學科TOP5期刊）。經學部黨政聯席會議通過，現予印發（見附件）。此次認定的期刊將作為在星海學者培育計劃申報、引進人才特殊評審、青年教師破格競聘正高級崗位等工作中對TOP期刊認定的統一標準。
