應尼泊爾汽車學會（Nepal Automobiles’ Association）秘書長Govinda Prasad Bhattarai博士邀請，我單位趙勝川于2019年2月24日-3月1日赴尼泊爾進行了學術交流。具體行程如下：
2月24日 大連-成都-加德滿都
2月25-27日 訪問Tribhuvan大學，探討接收該校留學生事宜
2月26日-27日 參加「International Conference on Belt and Road Initiative: Nepal Connecting the World - Opportunities and Challenges」并做“Transportation infrastructure development under rapid motorization in China”大會報告
2月28日 訪問尼泊爾國家規劃委員會并參觀中國援建道路項目
3月1日 加德滿都-成都
3月2日 成都-大連
參會收獲
訪問期間，參加由中國公路學會和尼泊爾汽車學會聯合主辦的「International Conference on Belt and Road Initiative: Nepal Connecting the World - Opportunities and Challenges」國際研討會，并做了“Transportation infrastructure development under rapid motorization in China”大會報告。會議期間，訪問了Tribhuvan大學，并就今后接收該校留學生進行了討論；訪問了尼泊爾規劃委員會，了解了尼泊爾十四次國家規劃、交通管理體制等現狀。
